You can’t do everything on your own. When you’re starting to grow your business, you might need to enlist some help. These are some of the tools, programs, and resources I use nearly every day in my business.

Canva

I mean, what is there to say? I pretty much use Canva every day. From social media graphics to ebooks to presentations and a lot in between. This program has been a lifesaver for me. Click the link to join Canva and earn 1 Canva credit. Try Canva

Convertkit

ConvertKit is what I use as my email marketing system.  I love the online training they provide, the community they have to help to answer questions, and it’s pretty simple to send emails to your audience to stay in touch. Click the link below to unlock 1000 subscribers for free. Try Convertkit

Dubsado

I use Dubsado to take care of my contracts, invoicing, questionnaires, post-coaching feedback forms, and more. It’s one of my business management tools that has a built-in CRM (customer relationship management) system. It integrates with my website and my payment processors. Grammarly

I use Grammarly for emails, email marketing, ebooks, and pretty much anything I write. I like that you can set the tone for your written communication, and Grammarly gives you suggestions based on what message you’re trying to convey. Plus, if you’re typing quickly, it’s always good to have another set of eyes on your copy. :) Try Grammarly.

Grasshopper

If you have a business and you don’t want to give out your personal cell phone number, try Grasshopper. It’s a virtual phone system to help you stay connected to your clients. If you would like to try Grasshopper, send me a quick email, and I’ll submit a referral for you to save up to $75 off the plan you choose!

Square

If you’re looking for an easy way to collect payments from your customers or clients (because you probably shouldn’t be using Cash App), then try Square. I use Square for my events, product sales, and more. Try Square.

Squarespace

I’ve built several websites on Squarespace, and I really like the platform and how it continues to offer solutions for its customers. Their customer support is great, and they have a ton of videos to show you how to organize your website. If you’re looking for a new website platform, try Squarespace.

Stripe

It never hurts to have payment processing alternatives. If you’d like another option, try Stripe.

WeTransfer

Sending large audio files or video files used to be pretty stressful, but WeTransfer makes it easy to quickly and confidently send your files to your customers. If you’ve been looking for an easy file-sharing solution, try WeTransfer.

Zoom

If you don’t have a Zoom account yet, you might need to sign up for one. If you are going to host webinars, conduct interviews, coaching sessions, or voice sessions with clients, you’ll need to have a platform that’s easy to use and reliable. Try Zoom.
